  •                          Daniel221106_367x700   Stay in Bond Shape with Billy  taebo3

Living the Bond lifestyle requires being in top shape to move forward with your dreams and goals.

For years, I've been staying in shape with Franco Columbo's Superset Workout  video and a home treadmill. But recently I gave Billy Blank's Basic Training Boot Camp DVD a try.

Wow! A better workout in 50 minutes, than the 90 minute karate classes I used to take in my twenties.  Now after the Boot Camp and a hot shower, I feel like I did after karate class. And I'm ever so much older than twenty. I lost two inches on my waist in three weeks.

I bought five other of his work out DVDs to mix it up.  The Cardio Fat Blaster is a great work out. The AB Boot Camp is great, as well. But use the Basic Boot Camp as your main work out for life.

It's a tough non-stop  work out with a mix of yoga, karate, boxing, tai chi, and aerobics. Start off slowly. I recommend using wrist weights instead of the 'bands'. And don't listen when Billy says, 'left hand' or 'go to the right'.  It's best to mirror his movements to easily follow him.

For kicks, start low. And never try to keep up when he does the combined moves at fast speed. Just go your own speed.

Starting is tough, but I recommend that you always play the entire DVD, even though you might drop out for a few minutes. You will probably feel weak after the first five or six workouts, but will get stronger soon after that.

Keep some bottled water handy. Wear tennis shoes and light training pants. And ask your doctor before you start any strong training program. Read the Amazon reviews of others that have trained with Billy.

  •    craig cards            Is  Bond Arrogant?               dench M

In "Casino Royale" M tells Bond, "Arrogance and self awareness seldom go hand in hand."

The dictionary defines "arrogance" as: The act of making undue claims in an overbearing manner, or which exalts the worth or importance of the person to an undue degree; proud contempt of others; lordliness; haughtiness; self-assumption; presumption.

Confidence is defined as:  The quality of being certain of your abilities or of having trust in people, plans, or the future.

Have confidence without arrogance, seems to be the way to go.

  •                         James Bond is "Heeled" and Also "Well Heeled"

What's the difference between "heeled" and "well heeled".  "Heeled" means he's got a weapon. "Well heeled" means he's prosperious because he can afford to have good heels on his shoes.

In "Sunset Boulevard" the William Holden says,  sunset holden  "The shoe repair guy didn't have to see your bank account.  He just looked at the heels of your shoes to know the score."

George Hamilton said,  Geo Hamilton  "When I see a guy with an expensive watch and bad shoes, I've got him nailed."

Lotta face  Women have confessed to checking out the heels of a guys shoes to see if he is prosperous or not.

Look the above photo. Well, we all can't be over six feet, but look at their shoes.  We can all have good shoes.

And some of us can have very special shoes. Lotta shoes

Get the picture.  Right.  Get the good shoes and keep them well heeled.

David Hedison Introduces New JBLS CD Program

He played the continuing character of Felix Leiter in two Bond movies, "Live and Let Die" and "License to Kill".  He was the original "The Fly".  best fly  He was the the star of best voyage poster

And now he does a 12 minute introduction to the new "How to Live the James Bond Lifestyle" eight hour audio-book on CD. CD box front

This version has 50 additional "pages" of JBLS technigues.  It's read by me with various actors dramatising many parts with sound effects.  It also includes the now sold out "Clearing the Subconscious for 00 Agents".

I met David Hedison when I was asked to open and close the SpyFest Show on the Queen Mary in 2002. Great SpyFest Photos.

After that he worked with me on "McKnight's Memory".  After reading the JBLS book and seeing that technigues used there were similar to the ones that he used to sustain his career, he agreed to do introduce the audio-book.

In the introduction, David talks heartfully about how he ran away from his first audition, only to come back to it and get the part.  He also gives his unigue take on success and lifestlye.  And as "Felix Leiter" give encouragement to the listener to "Be where the real action is."

This CD progam is available at amazon.com and bondlife.com

A STRONG JAMES BOND LIFESTYLE TECHNIQUE

Reputation Plus 20 Soldiers Defeats 150,000 Soldiers

Chinese General Chuko Liang 181-234 A.D. Found himself in a city about to be attacked by an army of 150,000 under the command of General Sima Yi.  Liang only had a few soldiers with him. When he heard the enemy was approaching, he told his men to open the city gates and hide.

Liang then sat on the wall of the city playing his lute and singing.  Yi lead this his army into the gate.  But then after looking again at Liang singing on the wall, he ordered his army to retreat.

How did Liang win this victory?  It was by his reputation.  He was known as "The Sleeping Dragon", and had often used secrecy, stealth, and lies to his advantage.  General Yi knew what a sneaky S.O.B. Liang was, so he fiqured that he was walking into a trap. He immediatly called a retreat. Liang had won the victory by his reputation alone.

Reputation is very important in living the JBLS.  What is your reputation?

Once when I was to meet a new client at a hotel lobby (in the days before cell phones), he showed up late saying, "I called our contact and said 'Paul's not here.', and he said, 'You must be in the wrong place because Paul is always on time'. And I was in the wrong place."
I hadn't realized my reputation for punctuality was so strong that my friend automatically thought my client was in the wrong place.

Build your reputation and image. Then protect it.  As Jack La Laine said recently, "I can't die. It would ruin my image."

By the way, Chuko Liang is credited for inventing the wheel barrow. He needed it for moving military supplies.

  •            The Power of Using the JBLS "Symbols for Change"

In Japan Dr. Masaru Emoto   photographed water under a microscope, before and after it was prayed over by a budest monk. The water was drasticly changed to a beautiful snowflake effect.

He then pasted words on a bottle of the water and then the next day photographed them and the effect was the same. The water changed. He then wrote "I will kill you" on the bottle and the next day it was a distorted ugly yellow.

This scientificly proves the power of mind and words on water. And since the human body is 70% water (the brain 90%) our words, thoughts, and emotions can change us completly.

This is why the "Symbols for Change" in the JBLS course are so effective. We're not playing here, guys and spys. We're creating a lifestyle, not playing secret agent. You've come to my seminars or read the book or newsletter, and you know I don't spend any time on motivation. I can't change you, and you can't change me. We are all in different states of growth and evolution.

However, why should Jame Bond have all the fun, the money, the gold sovereigns, the education, the cool job, the adventure, and the exotic travel. If thoughts and words can change Dr. Emoto's water, then it's time to get serious about the JBLS.  Know that the power of using those symbols is scientificly real. It truely effects your subconscious mind and entire body, thus attracting your outer experience to you. Make it a great experience.

So get that new wallet, money clip, and watch.  Start carrying larger amounts of cash. Put a gold sovereign ($142)  in your wallet. (Or get 50 of them like Bond). Start dressing better, talking better, read a good book a week. And use a hundred dollar bill for a bookmark. It will change you like Dr. Emoto's water.  Interview and water photos.

  •                                                Why Do We Want to be James Bond?

Is it the clothes, the girls, the cars, the gadgets?    No! How about the exotic locations? Now we're getting closer. But not quite there, yet.

The truth of the matter is that even though James Bond is a man of action like all heroes are, it's the lifestyle that attracts us. Even though he is a civil servant, he leads a life of leisure and prosperity. That's it. It's the freedom. It's the cash. It's the lifestyle.

When your a kid and see "From Russia with Love" you get all excited about his attache case. "What's inside?" a friend asks you You answer, "A snipers rifle, an exploding gas canister, a throwing dagger, and 50 gold sovereigns."  When you're an adult making your way in the world, you answer only with, "Fifty gold sovereigns." Period. Because you know that it's really the gold that has the power of "a brick going through a plate glass window", not the Walther PPK. It's because the gold frees you from dead end jobs and bad bosses. From taking your Bond girl to a movie or a trip to the Bahamas.

Yeah, we all want to tip the valet like Bond as he brings us our Bond car and opens the door for our Bond girl. But it takes cash. So do those exotic locations and fancy restaurants. And most importantly, having the the free afternoon to lie in a boat with your girl and a bottle of Dom Perignon hanging on a string in the water.

This is the reason Bond doesn't get rattled when his boss M treats him badly. Is sarcastic to him. Yeah, he has to take it, just like we all have to take it from our bosses. He takes it because he knows that this is where the cash and the cool jobs come from to give him his lifestyle.

For my students in my "How to Live the James Bond Lifestyle" seminars, there are 21 rules. Rule #1 is "I never run out of cash."  Rule #21 is "I never run out of cash." No typo here, because if you take care of the first and last rules, the ones in the middle kind of take care of themselves.

This is why my students are encouraged to carry enough cash on them to go into any restaurant at the spur of the moment and not check to see if they take credit cards. To be able to take off on an unexpected trip anytime without having to go to the ATM machine. The James Bond Lifestyle students carry cash on a money clip and cash in their wallets, so that they will be sure to have it, even if they forget one or the other. This is why much of the James Bond Lifestyle seminar has to do with programming the subconscious mind for larger amounts of money by using various visualization techniques as well as physical techniques of using hundred dollar bills for book marks and opening a James Bond bank account from special Bond adventures.

One thing James Bond would agree on is that it's better to have a Walther PPK  and not need it, than to need a Walther PPK and not have it. The same goes for cash and those 50 gold sovereigns.

So the next time you see a Bond movie and get razzel-dazzeled by the girls, the locations, the cars, and the stunts, know that it's really Bond's financial freedom and life of leisure when he's off the job that really turns you on. You want to be cool like Bond? Have enough cash to get you through any situation. That's what makes him Bond. And the next time you get into trouble,  or are at a stopping point in your career or lifestyle, ask yourself, "What would James Bond do?"

Napoleon Used JBLS Rule # 17 for Success

In the age of Voltaire, one could read evey book that had been written in the west. A new book was a big event. Napoleon was an avid reader and traveled with a library in his coach. After finishing a book he would throw it out the window. People could always find the emperor by following his trail of books.

He was in fact following JBLS rule # 17. "I am constantly learning by reading a book a week."  However, I suggest you circulate your books to deserving friends, instead of throwing them out the window of your Bond car.

  •          Your Chance to be the Hero

You've just taken off your shoes, fixed a snack and menued up a great DVD.  The phone rings and it's a loved one saying, "I need you to bring me something right away."  What do you say?

This is a loved one; not a Clyde, not a hanger on, not someone who takes advantage of you.  So what do you say? You could say, "Ahh, I've been working all day.  I just sat down.  Do you really need it now?"

Look at it this way, if it is a loved one, this is your chance to be the hero and the deed will be remembered for a long time.  Maybe you can't go with Bond on his next mission,  but here's a mission right in front of you. What do you say?

Do you complain over the phone? Do you grumble?  By the way, are you one of those guys that say, "If you ever need me just call?" Well, here's your chance to put your Bond where your mouth is.

So hold that grumbling and say, "Where are you? I'll be right there."

We don't get many opportunities to be the hero. So grab them with style when they come.
