  •   Military Officer Becomes 00 Agent 


    Dear Paul,
    Here is what happened after a couple of months when I applied a few of your JBLS techniques:


    1) Improved confidence at home and at work. Selected for two key leadership opportunities at work.


    2) Guess what? Money clip is the way to go. I was out at a business lunch with my Commanding Officer (a Brigadier General) and I pulled out my money clip with my roll of twenties. The Brigadier General then pulled out his cash to pay for the meal and had the same thing (money clip and thick wad of cash)!  Everyone else was fumbling with wallets.


    3) Wrote out goals and started using your Mission Control center:  Completely organized my schedule. By the way, I'm driving a brand new car. Finally took action and got rid of the old beater.


    4) Watching Bond motivates for weight loss: Lost 11 pounds and still going. 

     

    5) After reading your book a few times, I have to say that it's the personality section that is where the real key to success is. Everything else after that falls into place.

     

    6) Your JBLS techniques resulted in me doing a better job of controlling negative emotions. That is very key to my success right now. I no longer get upset. Also, my attitude is to take action.

  • What is the James Bond way of losing weight?  I don't care which way, just any way. I have 6lb that I cannot lose no matter what (not that I try that hard every single day to be truthful. The night binges are my downfall).  But I would be very grateful if you could tell me what does work for you. Cos it might work for me.  Thanks.

    You are so right about the money clip, but since I don't have one, I have to improvise, and now use a binder clip as one. lolz

  • Do you know how hard it has been not to 'break' into the prizes you sent? I refuse to open them for fear of breaking the "spine" of the book and thus forwarding them to the winners!

    Thanks again for being a motivated individual and giving us great ideas on how to be more efficient in the world that we live.

  • You should most definetly be in the next Bond movie. Are you the producer, writer perhaps? Just pondering. I agree, Back to the Future is a great movie. I want to go back in time, but don't we all?
